For visiting Travel Agents and AAA or AARP members we offer a room discount of 10%. This discount is not valid on holidays or with other specials. Please present your membership card at check in to obtain the discount.
As special thanks, we offer a 10% discount to military personnel year round. Please present your ID at check in to obtain the discount.
For your convenience, we immediately guarantee your reservation with a nonrefundable $25 deposit if you use a credit card. If you wish to pay by check, we ask for a one night prepayment within 5 (five) days of your call. We will mail, email, or fax confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Centennial House is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days (14 days for holidays) prior to your arrival.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel within 7 (14) days, but at least 3 (6) days before your reservation, the balance of the first night deposit will be charged and a gift certificate will be issued for a future stay. Cancellations less than 3 (6) days before your reservation will be charged for the full stay unless the room can be rebooked. The full reservation will be charged for no notice of cancellation. Early departures will be charged for the full stay. Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary for some special requests. On weekends there is a two night minimum stay in each room, with the option of Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday. Major holidays may require up to a three night minimum stay in all rooms.
Centennial House is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outside. Children under 12 cannot be accommodated. Children over the age of 12 can be accommodated in certain rooms. Pets cannot be accommodated. Boarding for your pet can be arranged with advance notice.
