How
did we know what our guests want?
We asked them. Just like we created blueprints for Centennial
House’s restoration, we created a "blueprint" of our guests
and learned what travelers just like you want from their stay at a bed and
breakfast.
History combined with luxury.
We learned that travelers want to experience the "old
time feel" of the 19th century. At the same time, they desire the comforts
of the 21st century’s modern amenities and luxury. At Centennial House,
you’ll enjoy the best of 21st century luxury in this fully restored
period home.

We
restored it from the ground up.
Once we had the concept, we started with our construction
team to put all the modern features into this century-old St. Augustine
home. Months of labor produced a complete set of detailed blueprints that
was approved by the St. Augustine Historical Architectural Review Board
and The U. S. Department of Interior. The restoration was soon underway.
Now it's ready for you.
